Each iKnow Safeguarding account will have at least 1 Safeguarding Lead who has access to all areas of iKnow. From this they can give people access to the whole of the Safeguarding module or just to certain areas of it.

If you want to give access to someone just to add Concerns or to just access the DBS section then you can do this. Concern permission allows a person to have access to Add a Concern but not view any other Concerns.

Actions within iKnow Safeguarding are audited so Account Safeguarding Leads can see what changes have been made and by whom.
